Prior to launching Lauren Crosby Consulting, Lauren was the Director of Consulting for APM Help. As one of the earliest employees at the then-start up, Lauren spent 7 years achieving her way up from Customer Success Manager to Director of Consulting. Lauren managed a team of consultants designing and executing transformation, implementation and corrective client-facing projects. She conducted interviews, onboarding, and training for consultants and account managers. Lauren established and maintained the company-wide solutions repository/best practices knowledge-base of technical delivery content. Lauren led company in project volume, revenue and client conversion. She served as Team Lead, supporting 12 teammates across 3 software systems in project management, training and development, and compliance. Lauren achieved and maintained a 100% success rate on every client under audit.
Lauren joined APM Help from AppFolio. She learned the ins and outs of property management software at the source as a Customer Success Manager at AppFolio. She managed a portfolio of the most valued AppFolio clients, became their trusted advisor, understood their business goals and proactively drove outcomes to secure long-term customer success. Lauren led the company in Net Promoter Score (“NPS”), response time and cases closed.
Part of any successful career involves educating and coaching colleagues and customers. Lauren has done both. She has taught department-wide training sessions resulting in increased in customer satisfaction. Lauren also has trained hundreds of property managers in best practices and software usage.
Lauren is a graduate of Texas Tech University and makes her home in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.
